Returns & Refunds

  • You must request a return within 14 Business days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Open Box or Used goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Refund Process

  4. Refund Issuance – Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 To 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at support@erainmercantile.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
